I’m Jayden, founder and personal trainer at SYL Performance.
My fitness journey began with a desire to become stronger and more confident. Over time, training became more than a personal pursuit. It developed into a passion for helping others make meaningful and lasting progress.
I believe effective coaching begins with understanding the individual. Everyone has different goals, experiences, lifestyles and challenges, which is why training should never follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
