I established SYL Performance, Surpass Your Limits, with the vision of helping individuals take control of their health and fitness, regardless of age or experience level. Far too often, people—particularly older adults—believe it is too late or too challenging to make meaningful progress. However, with proper structure, guidance, and support, lasting transformation is entirely achievable. SYL Performance offers more than just personal training sessions; it is a comprehensive and personalized coaching experience. I am fully committed to my clients both in-person and remotely, providing continuous support and accountability.

I’ve had the privilege of working in multiple gyms across Singapore and earning several respected certifications. More importantly, I’ve coached people from all walks of life. I know that everyone’s starting point is different. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand your unique challenges, and create a plan that’s sustainable, effective, and enjoyable.
