  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a wide range of payment methods including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, GrabPay, PayNow, Etc.

  • Do you have any installment plans?

    Yes we do! Installment period depends on the package selected.

    12 sessions package - Up to 2 months

    24 sessions package - Up to 3 months

    36 sessions package - Up to 4 months

  • Can I enter the gym if I'm early for my session?

    Clients won’t be able to enter the gym before their scheduled session. Since we’re a private gym focused on giving each person a personal and exclusive experience, there’s no waiting area inside. Thanks for your understanding!

  • Is there a toilet at the gym?

    Please note that there are no toilet or shower facilities inside the gym. However, a public restroom is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk away.

  • What is the validity period for each package?

    The validity period is as follows:

    12 sessions package - 6 weeks

    24 sessions package - 12 weeks

    36 sessions package - 18 weeks

    The validity period may be extended under certain circumstances provided there is a valid justification. Extension is subjected to approval.

    We highly encourage clients to train minimally 2x a week or more to see better results.

  • Do you do walk-ins?

    Please note that we do not accept walk-ins as the gym space we use for personal training sessions at MyGymLab is not owned by us. If you're interested in experiencing a session before committing to a package, we recommend booking our $40 trial session.
